Return and Refund Policy
At Aaleen Traders, your family's satisfaction and your little one's safety are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of our curated baby care and safety products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

In its original, undamaged packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
Because we deal with products for infants and toddlers, certain items cannot be returned for strict health and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:

Feeding accessories (e.g., Anti-Spill Gyro Bowls, pacifiers, utensils) once the packaging has been opened.

Teething toys and bath items.

Personal care items.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Every product undergoes rigorous testing, but if you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please inspect your order immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a free replacement or a full refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
